Effects of PH on Protein Adsorption to Silicone Surface by QCM

Driven by both electrostatic and hydrophobic interactions, protein adsorption to solid surface is a major interest in pharmaceutical science. In this application, the QCM instrument qCell T is used to study the extent and driving forces of the PH-dependent protein adsorption to heat-treated silicone surfaces. This study further discusses potential driving forces that trigger protein adsorption. Learn more by viewing the PDF here: AppNote-Effect_of_pH_on_Protein_Adsorption_to_Silicone_Surface.
